I have used the paypal adaptive payments model to create a model whereby sellers receive 80% of the order. That means I receive 20% of the order.
I carried out a transaction, cost of the product was £1.00 and shipping was £1.20. When the payments were split up, I received £0.17, whereas the seller received £2.03. Could you shed some light on this?
I'm assuming the entire shipping cost goes to the seller? The only cost split is the order ie £1. According to the 80/20 split, then I should have received £0.2. Why would I receive £0.17? Is it to do with fees?
