PDF Invoices & Packing Slips – No permissions Error

| Nayem | Hi guys, I am using PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin that I saw you advise on the forum previously. It worked for me originally but now sellers are getting the error message "You do not have sufficient permission to access this page". It only works when I try it logged in as admin. Is this an issue with Dokan or the plugin? |

| Hello, You did not activate DOkan invoice. So please activate the add-on otherwise seller will not be able to access the invoice. |

| One last thing Nayem, I’d like to just tweak the template a bit. Do you know if the plugin pdf invoices premium templates is compatible with dokan? I bought this previously and was working nicely before I installed the dokan invoice plugin. Is there any other easy way to customise the template if plugin is not compatible? |

| Hello Ferag, Yes, you can easily override the template file but please do not override in the core file. You should override the file through child theme or via add-on. Thanks. |
