Michael For some reason, WPUF id adding a div to the bottom of my homepage with attachments, although I haven't used to upload any attachments (aside from feature image) and I do not wish to have this div appear here. I deactivated the plugin, and the div went away. Reactivated, and it reappeared. Can anyone help. URL: http://www.lilredheadstudio.com/PenfieldSportsBoosters/fallcheerleading/ You will see the div at the bottom, below "Documents & Forms" and above the footer. Thanks Mike

Hello Michael,

If you do not use attachment option you can disable “Show attachments in the post” option. To disable that option you have to navigate WP User Frontend->Others(Tab)-> Show attachments in the post(disable) and see the result and let me know when done.

Thank you 🙂

Thank you for the response.

This did not solve my problem. I disabled attachments and disabled “show attachments in post” and the div still appears.

I want the users to be able to add attachments to their post, but thats not where the phantom attachment div is appearing. Its appearing at the bottom of the home page – nowhere near the posts.

Please let me know if you need additional details.

Hi towhid.

I replied twice to this but I marked them as “private” because they contained password information. Can you see the posts I made?

Hello,

Please try with a default WordPress theme. If the problem remains there then please let me know.

Thank you 🙂

Well I tried but I got a fatal error because the code contains shortcodes from the Avada theme, so I can’t view the page.

Hello Michael,

I think this div is coming from your theme. So i can not be sure till you switched to a default theme of WordPress. If there any problem in our plugin then it should be appear there also.

Thank you 🙂

Have you heard of anyone else having a conflict between your plug-in and the Avada theme?

Do you know if switching to the PRO version fixed the problem?
