Placeholder & Default Text Doesnt Show Up on Textarea

| Mahi | Hello Im using latest version of WP Frontend User PRO ( I had same problem with version before that too, and I updated now but see the same problem) I have inserted guest front end posting via shortcode on one of my pages. Everything seems to be working fine except, the default text and placeholder text on the frontend for the textarea field. Even in backend, when I add any of those (placeholder or default text), after I click on "Update", these fields return empty after the page reload and on the frontend, textarea has empty placeholder tag like this >> placeholder="" << Can you please help me with this? | Hello “Everything seems to be working fine except, the default text and placeholder text on the frontend for the textarea field. ” I meant the textarea, not text field, the text field for the Subject TITLE is working fine, but placeholder for the body / message (the big textarea) is not working. |

| Hi Mahi thanks for help. I see its working now, but with a little problem. Usually, placeholder gets deleted when you click on field and activate it. Right now, on textarea, when you click on it, the default text doesnt get deleted, so user has to actually select it and delete it before adding his own text. Can you help me fix this please? | I removed the default text and left only placeholder and now it works. Yeah, it sucks that these fields are duplicated twice. Will be waiting for the update of plugin for that :)) Thanks for help! Cheers |
