|Mahi||Hello, Can you please help me Assign Task to different users? I put all users to Administrator role but only one administrator a task can be assigned. I tried putting different roles to each user but only 1 user a task can be assigned. I only have 3 users so far, so, that should be easier to do but how? Thanks for your help.|

Under to do list -> Create Task List
Under Task list you can create as many to do list as you want and assign to users who been assigned under this project.
-> You CAN assign 1 to do list only 1 user
-> If you want to assign same to do list for 2/more then you have to create more todo list and assign others accordingly.
-> When users communicate under a Task list they can communicate with everyone or, individually.
* Currently, there is no way to assign 1 do to list to more than one person at a time.
We may consider it in future as it could be handy.

Thanks Mahi for your reply.
I do not mean to assign one task to multiple users. What I mean was that, I have 3 users: me, Logistics Officer, Admin Assistant.
Each Task that I created, in Assign to >> only 1 user shows up and only me for all tasks, no Logistics Officer, no Admin Assistant.
In Assign to dropdown list, 3 users should show up. Is this not the one that it should suppose to do?
How can I make the Project Manager to show 3 users in Assign to dropdown list?

Sorry, my apology.
When you create project you have to assign all three users at very beginning.
Or, if you want you can assign users under any project later on.
Now, you should be able to assign to do list to any user.
