Problem with seller vacation and withdrawal threshold

| Nayem | Hi there, I have two issues. First of all, I purchased the seller vacation add on, downloaded and installed it, however, the settings that are supposed to appear in the sellers dashboard area are not there, the plugin does not seem to be working at all. Also, for some reason, inside dokan > settings > selling options in the wp dashboard, I do not seem to have the withdrawal threshold option which is rather frustrating as it is an essential feature. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you |

| Upon further inspection, I have realised that the withdrawal threshold feature only comes with the latest version of the plugin. Unfortunately, I have made too many custom changes to my website to risk losing them by installing the latest version. Therefore, is it possible for you to install this feature on my website as custom work and if so, how much will it cost? I still have the issue with the seller vacation. I’m using dokan version 1.1 by the way, Thank you |

| Hello paul, You have to use our latest version to get rid from your issue. But as you have said you have customized your plugin and did not update the plugin yet then you have to add those feature by customization. We do not provide support for customization. You may require a developer to do this for you. Thanks. |

| Hi there Nayem, Ok, I understand. Upon further testing it seems when using the new plugin, most of the custom changes remain, however, it’s when the newest version of the theme is installed that issues appear. Therefore, is it possible to simply install and use the latest version of the plugin with the older version of the theme? Thank you |

| Hello Paul, If you want to use the older version of the theme then you can do that but in the store page you will not get any tab or you will not be able to use store support add-on (if you have purchased). Thanks. |

Whilst I’m here and just to be sure, how exactly does the withdrawal threshold feature work? Where can I read info on how this feature works and it’s correct settings? Thank you |
