ivan_RB Hi! Our problem is that when submit form data to upload product is not published on the page "Shop", but show me the product page was created. I detected from phpMyadmin, that in the table "wp_postmeta" the fields for that entry weren't created. However, if I go into the Dashboard > Products > Product tab and hit the publish button, then if data appears in the table and display all data in frontend. I guess the plugin does not include the rise of these data to the wordpress database being WooCommerce specific metadata. We really have a problem. If you believe that there is a relatively simple solution, and try to even fix comentanoslo us. Thank you very much in advance.

From form settings have you set post type as product or something else ?

Of course! In the Pro version you can select the post type. All is right in de data base except the woocommerce metadata.

Yes, you are right. The integration between WPUF and woocommerce isn’t tight enough. All the metadata for woocommerce isn’t added yet. There are certain custom fields needed for woocommerce thats should be explicitly added in the form. You could use help of hidden custom field option, but this feature isn’t in the plugin yet. I’ll update the hidden field feature so you could add the required hidden custom fields it needed.

P.S: Have you actually bought the PRO version? Your account isn’t linked with a order.

Hidden field support has been added to the plugin and a new version released with some other bug fix and features. The update will be available to your WordPress as the plugin update comes usually. Either you can force check WordPress for updates or download from your customer area and update the plugin manually.

Hi Tareq!

I’m CHELOFER but I’m logged like my client ivan_RB.

I’ve upload the new version of the plugin but I still have the same problem.

I tried with the hidden custom field and the visibility. This is ok. Now the product is displayed in the shop page. But the woocommerce attributes don’t appear.

In the product sheet of the front of the website does not show the tab “Additional information”.

Don’t appear any attribute data until the admin goes to the wordpress dashboard, in product, and edits the entry and pushes the publish buttom. In this case all it’s ok.

I think that it’s occurs because when publish from wordpress dashboard really is publishing from woocommerce write panels and save more information than the WP User Frontend.

I noticed in the database when you publish from WP User Frontend some missing data in the table “wp_postmeta” WooCommerce fields. Once published since wordpress dashboard if they appear.

I guess this happens because there is no real integration with WooCommerce plugin. Is this true? or Are we doing something wrong?

I hope to hear from you soon

Thank you!

WooCommerce adds lots of meta fields for a product, checkout these:

_price
_stock_status
_downloadable
_visibility
total_sales
_virtual
_product_image_gallery
_regular_price
_sale_price
_tax_status
_tax_class
_purchase_note
_featured
_weight
_length
_width
_height
_sku
_product_attributes
_sale_price_dates_from
_sale_price_dates_to
_sold_individually
_stock
_backorders
_manage_stock
_file_paths
_download_limit
_download_expiry

You might have some missing attributes, so WooCommerce doesn’t show them.
