I have found a problem.
Shopping in two different sellers are generating one only shipping cost, but they should generate different shipping costs according to the number of vendors involved in every purchase.
How do I fix it?

Let me explain better:

When finalizing a purchase from different vendors, the system is not properly adding the shipping values.
However, there comes a note stating the correct values separately: “This order has products from multiple vendors / sellers. So we divided this order into multiple orders seller. Each order will be handled by respective Their selling independently.”
In other words, Dokan does the separate calculation but not the final sum. Therefore, the charge will be wrong!!!

Did you customize anything in Dokan plugin?

I am not the developer, but I’ll ask him.
But as far as I know, Dokan has not been customized.
However, the “correios” (brazilian mail service) plugin has been inserted in WooCommerce. You will see PAC and SEDEX as shipping options.

Yes, then it is creating this issue. In our system when you will purchase from different seller then both cost will be calculated. Example- you have purchase from Seller A and B with the shipping cost 5 and 2 then in the cart it will add 7 as your shipping cost. If you removed Seller B product then it will calculate 5.

Hello Zeca,

If you want to use Dokan shipping system then you have to use Dokan rate. Otherwise you can not get the dokan built-in shipping feature.

Ok, the other shipping methods are disabled.
But enabling Dokan rate shows only free shipping! How do I set it?

Please select your shipping method as Dokan rates and then your seller have to enable shipping for his store from his dashbaord.
