| Marcel | I am trying to enable to be able to view the downloadable products before I publish them. I have tried changing directory permissions of the WooCommerce uploads folder, but always when I try opening the file URL from the Admin panel, it gives a forbidden 403 error. If I try opening from the Media menu in the WP dashboard or from the single Product page within the WP dashboard it gives me this error. How do I fix this? Thanks! Best regards, Marcel |

| Hello Marcel, We do not have this option to view downloadable products before publishing. Can you please send me the screenshot of the woocommerce upload folder file URL from the Admin panel. I did not get it completely. Thanks |

| Thank you for your answer! As an admin of the site I want check everything that gets uploaded and submitted to my marketplace. I would first like to verify the quality of the downloadable product before allowing it to go on sale and for the public to buy it. So when a new product is submitted, I go to the WooCommerce Products page, where I select the one I would like to approve. All products will be downloadable, I go and check the URL that WordPress gives, where my seller has uploaded his item. When I try opening that link it gives me a 403 forbidden error. How could I easily inspect these items before publishing them? Thank you! |

| Yes. I know this. But I can’t open the file that was uploaded by seller as a downloadable product. It gives me the error that I’ve been trying to explain. |
