Product picture rotation problem

| towhid | hello,i have an issue with the product picture. there is 90 degrees rotation difference between the tablet or smartphone and computer. these are pictures how it looks like. this is from computer http://s16.postimg.org/tmqwi5mg5/2015_09_10_2_09_31.png this is from tablet http://s3.postimg.org/6atwyvrj7/image1.png if i upload pictures from computer the pictures are fine but will not appear correct on the tablet or smartphone and vise versa. |

| Hello Loukia, I have checked your two images which you have provided in the topic and noticed that the image is displaying accurate in iPad but not in your computer. But I have tested your issue in the chrome responsive developer checker tool but did not get any inconsistency. I am getting this kind of issue for the first time. Maybe there could be a problem in your browser. Can you, please clear the browser cache before open the site on your browser. Thanks |

| Honestly this looks like a problem with the theme, not dokan. I would recommend changing the theme to something else to test it, and follow up with the themes support page. |

| Hello Loukia, I think the problem is happening while taking the photos from the mobile phone. Are you taking vertical(portrait) photos or horizontal(Landscape) photos from the mobile phone? Can you please crop the photo to vertical to horizontal or horizontal to vertical. It takes time but hope it will work. You can also change the camera settings. Note: Can you please upload default image which comes with OS then you will understand that the image is rotating or not? Thanks |
