    when a seller tries to upload a product picture, he/she goes to seller dashboard then product the add then upload picture. The seller selects picture from his/hers library only to get an error right before it completes the picture upload. Can you help please?

    Can you please provide an screen shot of your problem? May be this is a conflict. other customers are not facing such kind of problem.

    Hello Carlos,
    I have logged in your site and seen the problem myself. It seems to me could be a plugin or folder permission issue. Can you please provide your admin and FTP credentials as a private reply ?

    Now seems like, it would have been a hosting issue. I did nothing in your admin panel. Just logged in and checked your plugins. Nothing seemed fishy.
    Then logged in with your seller account tuyo using Chrome and Firefox to see if the browser is a issue or not. And two products were successfully added. Nothing wrong happened.

    You may experiment adding products couple of days more. If you get same problem, then try in a different hosting and let us know the result.

    Hello Carlos,

    We have tested your site in several platform. In mac there is no problem at all, it faces problem in Linux and windows. Please check it yourself by mac and discuss it with your hosting provider. If you want us to check the specific problem, please provide your ftp or cPanel access.
