question about order notification

Nayem | Hi if a customer buy a product through payment getaway : local bank transfer the order will be on-hold and the notification email will be send to the seller then the admin should receive the payment and change the status to processing. -- my question, is it possible to make the notification sent to the customer after the admin authorized the payment I mean after admin changes the status of the order from "on-hold" to "processing" and at that moment an email is send to the seller telling him there is an order if that is possible how can i do it ? also i have another question is it possible to make the status after the order is placed , pending instead of on-hold thanks |

Nayem | Hello Anas, When an order status will change seller can see those changes from his dashboard->Order. Seller will not get any email for that because if seller get email then every day he will get tons of mail. So it is not user friendly feature. When the order will received the status will be hold by default. You can check WooCommerce order status. Thanks. |
