reCAPTCHA validation failed

Nayem	During registration if the user forgets to fill out a required field they are alerted "Please fix the errors to proceed" which is correct... BUT when they enter in all fields and hit submit again The reCAPTCHA gives an error "reCAPTCHA validation failed". So the reCAPTCHA is not reseting/refreshing. The user must hit the Captcha Reload button to refresh a new captcha in order to proceed. Some users may not know to hit the Reload button so how can this be fixed. http://aaronkine.staging.wpengine.com/registration-organization/

Nayem	Hello Aaron, Please make sure that you have set up you reCAPTCHA settings correctly. Please navigate to user fronted->settings->general and check that you have insert correctly reCAPTCHA Public Key and reCAPTCHA Private Key. Please check and let me know. Thank you 🙂

Nayem	Hello Aaron, I tested this issue so many time. But i have successfully registered many time. I think there is a problem with inserting recapctcha code. For inserting wrong code this error is occurring. Here is a screenshot for you. Thank you 🙂
