    We are having an issue with clients subscriptions not being activated through dokan when paying for the memberships. We have run tests through PayPal, and Woocommerce technical services and they have no issues with the payments and process on their ends. We have run tests here and the one-month payment will work but when set to be a recurring payment, the client transaction is cancelled.

    We are using Dokan, Woocommerce and PayPal – we have this structured under a regular paypal account for the subscriptions.

    Please make sure you have got the merchants IPN confirmation from PayPal.

    Once again, as expected, your answer is vague and really a non-answer. You ask me questions for more details yet you don't give thorough answers back. Can you please explain when the IPN is located, How the transaction captures the IPN?

    Paypal spent about 40 minutes yesterday on the phone to answer questions and test their system to make certain it was not a PayPal issue. Dokan gives a one line answer of bullshit.

    Please update Dokan 2.4 and Dokan subscription 1.1 and check the subscription problem still on. If the solution does not solve the problem then I will check your site. I have already get your site login details.

    Hi Towhid,
    Based on the number of issues we have seen in the recent posts, we would rather not upgrade our site to the latest version of Dokan until the issues have been resolved. The recurring payments and activation of subscriptions were all working perfectly and then they simply stopped. Can you please review the settings to make certain nothing changed –

    I know there was an automatic update to WordPress and I am not sure if that had something to do with it or not.

    Please then update the subscription plugin only. There has a chance of possible solution of the subscription issue.

    Can you please tell me where to download the updated subscription package – we would like to test it prior to installing it so we don't have further issues.

    Also, there are packages that are working and others that are not. Is this something that you have experienced before?

    Please download the subscription 1.1 plugin from your account which is located in this link – https://wedevs.com/account/

    We did not yet test all of the packages with dokan. Step by step we will complete the test. We are waiting to receive customer observation.

    May I ask if you have tested all packages? Did they activate the subscription and create recurring payments? The Red Package is the most problematic.

    No, nothing has changed on the site. Test package https://urcrafti.com/?p=2421 and see. It does not allow for the subscription to be activated and won't allow for recurring payments either.
