Removing items from Rich textarea / Teeny Rich textarea

Vikram	Hi, Does anyone know how to remove icons from the Rich textarea and the Teeny Rich textarea. I do not want users to access a plugin that appears on the text area so looking to remove it. Regards Vikram

Vikram	Using the normal mode does not allow users to format their post correctly.
