roderswiss | Hello guys, I've been running some tests and seems like I can't understand why status is still pending on an order even though the payment is successfully processed by PayPal. Shouldn't it be automatically updated to status Completed when payment is successful? Looking forward to hearing from you. Regards Rodrigo |

roderswiss | Hello Sekander, status in the back-end is Pending too. After a while it goes to Cancelled even though the payment was successfully made. Looking forward to hearing from you. |

roderswiss | Hello Sekander, this is just happening when I use PayPal Adaptive payments which I guess is the Dokan integration of it. When I use normal PayPal payment method (express checkout) it work just fine. Please do not mark it as resolved as it’s not. Looking forward to hearing from you. |

roderswiss | 3 days form your last reply. Any news? Just run up some tests (live mode) and is still not working. I’ve tried to configure the Paypal automatic URL response after purchase but it did not work. (It’s a configurable option in PayPal account where you input a URL response for woocommerce so it can identify that payment was successfully processed. I guess it does not work when adaptive payments are being made) Need help guys. Thanks. Rodrigo |

Mahi | just tested and it is working fine at our end! It seems like a known issue for woocommerce. When you set payment gateway on live status it works fine. else, you may try this way: set up IPN – |

roderswiss | Hello Mahi, as I told you before I’ve done that (http://wedevs.com/support/topic/big-problem-paypal-adaptive-payment-is-failing-when-going-live/) and it didn’t work. I’ll try once more to see if by any chance it will work. I’ll let you know. |

Mahi | Thats what i was wondering. There must be an issue with either your server environment or Woocommerce settings or your paypal account. Sorry, we can’t help you out more further on this. Check this from Woo : http://docs.woothemes.com/document/paypal-standard/ Ask their support first. |
