Seller Can't Make Withdrawal.. how to fixed ?

Nayem hello admin, i just buy DOKAN plugin and installed on my domain. now i tested the website before RUN published to my customer. the tested on product is good and buyer can purchase from product seller, but after that, SELLER want to WITHDRAWAL their money and input the amount. actually in Seller balance account is ; Rp 1,810,866... and seller want to withdrawal Rp 1,800,000... to bank transfer. After hit button, the answers is : You don't have sufficient balance for a withdraw request! what happen for this issued ?? in administrator dashboard, i set Order Status For Withdrawal : PUBLISHED, Minimum withdrawal limits is 0 and thereshold is set to -1. but still can make it for withdrawal as a seller. Please help me to fix this issued.. its been 3 days i try to test the site, from buyer, seller until withdrawal process request. i eed to fix withdrawal issued, before my site Run and published.

Hello Erwin,

I have successfully logged in to your site. I have uploaded a product and purchase that product. From my account i can easily withdraw my balance.
