When I connect a test seller account to Stripe, the seller's Stripe Connect status does not change within the sellers account. The seller is being told that their account is not connected to Stripe even though it actually is.
If you are using test mode then you have to use the test API details. If you are live then have to use Live API. Please check for your account status is live or test. If the seller connected their account correctly then there should be no error like this.
