Seller dashboard Social Profile not working

towhid Hi I m unable to save the settings in the seller dashboard social profile. When i type in all the URL e.g. www.facebook.com and click update setting, nothing is saved and when i click 'visit store' the social profile icons are not showing in the seller profile. My Dokan version is the latest 2.4.1 and i have tried other themes including woocomerece theme but still dosent work. Can you please advise on this? Thanks Regards Jacky

Hello Jacky,

Please open google chrome browser and click right button and click inspect element. Now, check is there any error occurs and send me screenshot.

Hi

I have updated the Dokan to the latest 2.4.2, however this still doesnt work. Can you please kindly advise on this? Thank you

Hello Jacky,

Please check yourself that social form is now showing.

You have forgotten to set https://www.facebook.com/your social profile username.

Thanks Towhid, i can see it now. However, I just tried to add the facebook link with my username but failed to save it. How did you save the link?
