    Hello,

    When I set up the percentage of refund for each order for a seller, globally or individually, the seller doesn't get anything. All the money go to the main account of the website.
    Do you have an idea what could be the issue ?
    I'm running the Dokan theme and plugin.

    Hello Thomas,

    Can you please let me know what is the product price you have purchased? What is the Seller Percentage commission?

    Also please send me a screenshot of seller's earning report from the log.

    Hello Towhid,

    I figured it out, I didn't put the % sign on the field !

    Tell me if I should create another case, but I have a problem now, I bought the Adaptive paypal payment, and I'm not able to purchase any products with this method.

    I checked most of the post on the forum, but I can't find the issue. My API credentials are great, and the seller from where I'm trying to buy is one of my account too, so I know this is verified.

    The only thing that I didn't knew where to find is the “API App ID”.

    Please let me know if you have any ideas, it would be great !

    Hello Towhid,

    What do you mean ? I have an error when I'm trying to purchase a product, I don't know if that's what you want ?
    It says “This transaction is invalid. Please return to the recipient's website and try again.”

    I know there is a lot of topics with the same issue but I tried everything I saw on them…

    I need to know answers of these following questions.

    1. Have you applied for Adaptive Payment @ PayPal?

    2. Your Application got approved?

    3. Make sure all your sellers have approved PayPal emails?

    Hello Towhid,

    1. Yes I bought the Adaptive Payment Paypal, and installed it three or four days ago

    2. My application got the status Approved Automatically

    3. I am sure at least one of the sellers is working cause if I disable the Adaptive Payment, I am able to pay, withdraw, refund this seller.
