    I am having issues that I have not been able to resolve with the support from the forums so I would appreciate your kind assistance.

    1. My sellers store pages are not accessible from the Seller Dashboard. Clicking on Visit my Store gives an error message: Oops…

    2. The sellers show up on the Seller Page, but when I click Visit Store I receive either the Oops… page or a comment page

    3. If I view a product in the Store and try to select Seller under the tab Seller Info – I again see the Oops page. The same is true if I access from the Seller Dashboard Product menu.

    So as far as I can tell, I can not get the products and the sellers to be connected on the site even though they are showing the correct links and show up correctly in the Admin panel.

    The permalinks are set to Postname and Product permalinks to Product base for the webstore.

    For us it is essential that the Sellers can Visit their store, and the consumers too.

    I am sure I am missing something obvious, but since I am stuck I could use some help!

    1. In this case, you must have logged in with the admin ID. and the admin doesn't have selling permission and he doesn't even have a store, so it can't take you to the shop of admin.

    2. I didn't got such problem like that. In your sellers page, currently showing two active sellers. And I have checked through all the products and the sellers page and been through the links back and forth. And couldn't find any problem.

    3. I have also checked this too and everything is working fine.

    I have only found a issue with the seller named “Peter Ollouson” and that doesn't exist on your users table. Maybe you have changed the user role later. There's only 3 sellers including mine demo seller “John”. So, according to me, everything is working fine. Please check again carefully with a seller account, customer account and without logging in.
    And please remove the previously created products. So you won't have a broken link.
