Separate Shipping Cost

linbin Hi there, Question 1: As we can see, when we checkout with more than one seller's products, the shipping cost will show on the cart page as a total, for example, product A from vendor A shipping cost $5 and product B from vendor B shipping cost $8 in the same cart, the cart page will show "shipping: $13.00". Is there a possible way for us to separate the showing of the shipping cost for the cart page, so customer can see how much shipping cost is for product A and how much shipping cost is for product B? That will make the billing detail much more clear. Question 2: I am using Dokan invoice add-on. It there a way to automatically send those invoices to customers when they have done the purchase? (this invoice is very good because they separate invoices from each vendor. The woocommerce's invoice is not as good as dokan invoice because it is not showing detail for the order from each vendor) Also, as an admin, when I click user's Dokan invoice, it shows "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page." Is there a way for me to access their invoice as an admin? Thanks

Hello Libin,

1. Shipping cost for the both product will calculate in the cart but not separately. This is not possible right now to show shipping calculation for each product. We do not have this feature.

2. When customer will purchase a product he/she will get email notification with the order details but if you want to send the PDF invoice with the mail then it will not possible. You have to manually do that.

3. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Dokan plugin which is v2.4.2 and the latest Dokan theme (v2.2).

Thanks for your reply. I am using the latest version, however, as a admin, I don’t have the access to user’s Dokan invoice. Can you please double check your side of this?
