| Nayem | Hi, using the new state shipping options, I have entered in my prices and they seem to calculate correctly. But on the front end, they show incorrectly. They imply shipping is free, when instead the shipping costs should be calculated as per teh back end. see the image below:

| I’m sorry, I can’t seem to add an image. You can go look at my site. Take a look at this product http://www.cellardooronline.com.au/product/burrundulla-2010-heritage-cabernet-sauvignon/ Click on the shipping tab. You will see what I mean. Can you please let me know how to fix this, as customers are getting upset at wrong shipping prices. Thanks much Neen |

| Hi Nayen, you will see the link above in the conversation? I can’t seem to add a screen shot – don’t know how to get the image to work. But I hvae provided a link, that you can take a look at. Here it is agian http://www.cellardooronline.com.au/product/burrundulla-2010-heritage-cabernet-sauvignon/ Click on the shipping tab and you will see the shipping is listed as free, when it is not free, it is $15 and an additional $20 for WA. could you please look into this urgently? I am getting customer complaints, with htem thinking the shipping is free. thans much |

| Hello Neen, You did not set shipping method as Dokan shipping. Please navigate to WooCOmmerce->Settings->Shipping. You will get Dokan shipping option there. You have to enable Dokan shipping. After doing that you have to select the shipping method as- Dokan shipping. Please check the screenshot-
