Show action hook in admin edit

Mahi	Is there a way to add an action so I can display on the admin edit view the same custom fields I got when posting the form? At this time the action hook is working fine and inserting 3 custom fields in the form. I want to be able to edit those values too when I'm in the admin screen. Thanks, Felix

Mahi	When you go do edit option from admin area , enable WPUF Custom fields from Screen options at top. image:
