Nayem | Hello Ann, Please make sure that you have inserted your API correctly. We are making a video tutorial about the installation of stripe. Please allow us some time. I will provide you the link of that video tutorial. Thanks. |

Ann | Hello Nayem, I inserted the API correctly but its still causing this error, ,I have no idea whats causing this, 1 main reason is your plugin isn’t able to store the access tokens in the database |

Brenda | Ann, I just read your initial thing “can’t connect another application or seller” and some thoughts: It sounds like your first Stripe oauth app went OK, right? Each stripe account seems to have the ability to set up a single oauth application and we could never find the means to set up a second oauth application on their site — we were out of time when we did our Stripe oauth for the second site and just decided to repeat/use the same 1st oauth account method on a second (different) stripe account. If you are making an oauth for a different website like we were, you may have to create/ have a second stripe account to simplify your work. This was easy for us since our dev wanted his own account and I wanted my own account 🙂 Stripe has other more sophisticated ways for a single account to create multiple applications besides oauth but oauth is the simple way to do it. We now have a stripe account set up for the testing site (with its oauth) and a second stripe account set up for our real account (different domain than testing site). All sellers on your first website/marketplace will be able to connect via the oauth app set up for that first marketplace, and the second to the second oauth. I hope this is helpful if your problem is actually related to two different Dokan marketplace/websites (not two different sellers on the same Dokan marketplace). You could (we did not do this) contact Stripe directly as this is really a Stripe oauth set up matter rather than a matter for Dokan. In our case, we did one oauth app for our primary site and one for our startupanywhere.org developer site. Best to you, Brenda! |
