Notes: I have a “free” plan, and several “premium” plans. They all last 1 day for testing purposes. Free plan is not recurring as I want people to use it only once. Other premium plans are recurring with billing cycle = 1 day and billing cycle stop = never.
What happens: I purchase a Free subscription.
BUG 1) If I purchase an upgrade BEFORE the expiry, nothing happens despite the order goes through. As you said, the upgrade SHOULD show once the Free package expires, but it doesn't
BUG 2) If I purchase an upgrade AFTER expiry, nothing happens despite the order goes through: when I go back to Dokan dashboard, it says “sorry, you can't add any products”
Can you guys take a look at this and please let me know? This is slowing down the launch of my website, and it's been 3 weeks I can't find a solution.
I also have this same problem. I have free membership plan and a few paid plans. Once a user registers using the free membership they can add products immediately, but if a user registers using a paid membership they can't add any products. They get a message saying that they need to upgrade their membership. Please fix this soon!
1. I have found the issue. I will notify to our team about this.
2. I have a pack with 2 product limitation and after uploading 2 products I have upgraded to another package and it was working fine. Can you please make me confirm that you are trying to purcahse after the time expiration or after uploading all the products?
We will update Dokan subscription within today or tomorrow. We have fixed and re-arrange our feature of this add-on. In our next release seller will be able to cancel their subscription pack from frontend and they will be able to change their running pack to another by cancelling the running pack.
