    Subscription payment issue:

    Created a test plan with daily recurring payment and cancelled plan to upgrade to another plan- plan has been cancelled but payment still being deducting from the previous test plan. Payment should stop once plan has been cancelled.

    Hello Mubasher,

    If a seller selects previous subscription package, then it will be ongoing. But a seller can not be canceled that package. This is the default feature.

    Your misunderstanding my question.

    A seller cancelled a previous subscription plan and moved onto a new plan but PayPal is still deducting payment from previous plan and paying the website admin.

    When seller cancels old plan PayPal payment should also stop!

    Still waiting for support with this? seems like the site does not talk to the paypal API to stop payments when plan cancelled and still continues to deduct from seller paypal.

    Hurry up need solution.

    Is anyone going to respond? Cannot just ignore me and answer questions around me. And I've already waited long enough..! Sort it out.. Else give my money back.

    Sorry for my late reply.

    What is the latest plan you have chosen? What is the price of this package?

    You can deactivate Dokan plugin and subscription add-on and then active again and see what happen.

    I was on a TEST PLAN which is recurring daily for 0.05pence and i then cancelled the PLAN and upgraded to PLAN 2 which is recurring per 30days (0.10pence).

    After cancelling the TEST PLAN it still charged me 0.05pence daily until recently i had to go into PAYPAL and manually cancel.

    Please check this and test.
