    Hello, i have started this topic https://wedevs.com/support/topic/subscription-problem/ , for a subscription problem i have but it end up talking about different staff.

    i have 3 problems that are not solved.
    1. i have created 3 subscription packages. when i press buy Now it doesn't redirect to PayPal for payment.
    2. few days ago this action was working so i did paid but i was still unable to upload a product. this is not PayPal issue because i received the payment into my account.
    3. After Update of the Dokan the Seller Dashboard is not working when i use Mozilla Browser.

    any news to my issue? i have checked the sellers dashboard with the mozilla browser and is still not working

    Hello Loukia,

    I have checked and found the issue.

    Did you customize anything in the Dokan plugin? Can you please download the Dokan 2.4.1 from your account and install it and see what happen.

    Hello Loukia,

    I have tried to reproduce this issue but failed. It could be a has a chance of theme or plugin conflicts. You can disable all your plugins except Dokan and switch to a default theme of WordPress like- Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen, Twenty Fourteen and let me know the results.

    I have deactivated all the plugins and switched to twenty twelve theme at leadt 3 time for a lot of other problems i have and is still the same. You gave me the same advice for the topic i have started tablet problem.

    I am ready to go online an these kind of problems hold me back.
