    Hello,

    Still… I cannot figure out what is wrong, but the SUBSCRIPTIONS are NOT working when selected as recurring. I have it set up as you require:

    However when purchased, it TAKES PAYMENT:

    but when sellers goes back into their dashboard, it does not show up in the sellers subscription packs or product entry area.

    IF I SET UP SUBSCRIPTIONS AS NON-RECURRING (aka they have to resign up every month)… it works fine. But sellers are frustrated and would like recurring to work, so they do not have to resign every month.

    I do not wish to supply the details due to security and my developers wishes… how can we bypass without giving you login? I have supplied screen shots of all the information.

    I do not see any “updates” to subscriptions.. I have the 1.0… and see no updates in my plugin panel…?

    ok, I found the 1.0.1… and updated ON MY OWN.

    #1 the problem is still there (recurring doesnt work properly)
    but also #2 the update wasnt in my plugin updates… I had to manually update… why?

    I dont seem to be getting any updates to my panel….. my liscense key is in, and was recently REINSTALLED.

    Hello Tracy,

    1. I have notified to our developer team about this recurring issue.
    2. Some of our add-on need to be updated manually from our dashboard because we did not add update notice for that. This add-on also need to be updated manually.

    We need your site credential to check your issue. In our side it is working fine. So please create a admin account for our developer and they will fix it as soon as possible.

    Hello Tracy,

    We have cheeked here many times with sandbox paypal. Recurring subscription is working fine here. We are now in weekend. You did not inform here after sending your details. Please send your details again with ftp also.
