| Nayem | I want to open my business soon. Thanks to you I am getting much closer. What is a good way to document "terms of service/legal" for this type of etsy/ebay style website. I am using Dokan. I just want something that outlines how the dokan system protects all of my users and sellers. I guess I want some kind of user agreement that would take the responsibility off of me because I cannot possibly control the quality of items people choose to sell. If you have any template terms of service and user agreement pages or content I can use that would be sweet. Thank you |

| Hello Jermey, We do not have any option to show terms and service in the seller profile or store. It will require extra customization. We can not provide you any template about this because we do not provide support for customization. Thank you 🙂 |

| The problem is if I use your software as is I cannot open a business. There are no contracts or documentation. How are buyers and sellers supposed to be safe using my website? Do I need to hire an attorney just so I can use your software? because right now I have a market place with no boundaries. It is going to be chaos and a haven for fraud unless I have some rules and guidelines everyone can understand. Could a seller take someones money and never send the buyer anything? What is your best advice? Hire a copywriter or a layer? Can you send me a list of protocols/procedures dokan has in place to defend against fraud? |
