| Nayem | Hello , Good Morning vaiya , In checkout page we do find an error as UNAUTHORISED, After completing all the checkout details still it shows this , we have tried by deactivating all the plugins but not working still . Could you please have a look. Thank You |

| Hello, You have to update the theme and plugin both- theme version Dokan 2.2.1 and plugin version 2.4.5. If you are using cash on delivery then in the latest version customer will be able to purchase from 2 different seller’s product. |

| Please make me clear about the plugin version which you are using now. We have fixed Cash on delivery issue in 2.4.5. In the latest version customer will be able to purchase from multiple seller by using cash on delivery. |
