    Hi, I have received some complaints from my sellers that some products are not showing on the market nor the pages nor on the search. I tested and if I (admin) go from the backend and update them they show up.

    What do I need to do? Since the begining I use automatic approval for products from all sellers, so they don't go for me to approve, they go straight to the site, but some of the products are not going.

    Hello Rosa,

    Please make sure that when your product is uploaded the visibility of the product should be selected as catalog and search. You will find this in the Option tab of the seller dashboard. Please check and let me know.

    thanks for the answer.
    Of course it is right, I have more than 650 products on my site. Some display normal, some only after I update it.
