    Hi, with Subscription 1.1 I still get the same problem – when I upgrade and correctly pay for a more expensive Subscription Plan with more Products, the number of products does not change after successful payment.

    Please this needs to be fixed today.

    Yes, I bought a “premium” subscription package with 20 products / month BEFORE the free subscription plan with 3 products / month expired

    Hello Rodolfo,

    Actually you can buy a new subscription package but this new package will not active since the previous package expires.

    And does this work? Have you tested it?

    As a note: I think someone might want to upgrade BEFORE the current package expires. Think about this. If I reach my product add limits… I wouldn't want to wait until next month to add more products!

    In relation to my website, I have a “free” subscription which has expired on December 2014. If I go and try to buy a premium subscription, nothing happens. Date does not change and products do not increase. New subscription does not get added. Is that normal?

    I am really sorry to say that we do not have this kind of feature right now. But I will discuss about this issue with our developer team. In our next update we will try to fix this issue.

    Yes, you are right. I did not get any change after upgrade the new package. I will discuss about this issue with our developer team. In our next update we will try to fix this issue.
