User front end pro problems

Hello Esben,
When there’s a update available, you’ll get a notification and will be able to install the update by clicking the notification. I believe you won’t have any problem after updating to the latest version.
If you feel difficulty updating the plugin, write your Admin and FTP login credentials in a private reply.

thanks for your answer, but I have a notification saying that there is an
update ready version 2.4.4 but that it is not available for automatic
download. How do I then update the plugin, and is there any reason to think
that it would fix the problem, wich I naturally want to have sorted out as
soon as possible, I cant use a couple of important pages on my site.

If you’re unable to update automatically, you may download from our site and replace the plugin files. That should do the updating.

Hello again,

I have some problems with this plugin (user frontend pro), also I can only
post to this supportforum on your site. I have updated plugin, I have
updated wp and downgraded it again (wp 4 was full of issues on my site), I
have deactived all plugins and changed theme but nothing helps.

The form to submit post is the only one working, all the other shortcodes
just displays the shortcode. Do you have any idea how to make the dashboard
etc. come back?

Thank you very much.
I have currently removed all of the pages from the menu because I can´t get
them to work. I have a page called “min profil” wich used to show profile
(I use a nother plugin for registration). And I have a page called “mine
indlæg” wich showed the dashboard. this is the pages I am missing.
There is also some pages autocreated by the plugin, wich is also not
working.

I just noticed that my reply was public so I have deleted the user and
created a new one, but I am not able to post private on the forum, so I

I have logged into your site, deactivated all your plugins and updated User Frontend. Now everything is working fine. Please check.

Thank you for taking a look, it works fine with all the plugins activated
too. Turns out it was malware, I had all files cleaned yesterday and it
made the problems go away.

Sorrt I did not have time to check it all out after the cleanup and to
alert you before you went to look.
