Tom | Hi, Users who have purchased my subscription cannot post. Here are my packs: When users go to post however they get this message: I have made previous free packs with unlimited posts for unlimited time. These packs still work. I cannot figure out what the problem is. Can you help? Thanks, Tom |

Tareq Hasan | You have created those packs, but have you purchased them? The number of posts and expiration date shows at the wp-admin > Users > Profile. Check if that updates when you purchase a pack. |

Tom | This is what I get when I look at the profile with a purchased pack: This one can’t post. |

Tareq Hasan | Whats your process of buying a pack? |

Tom | You click on “Buy Now”, it takes you to the PayPal page. You then purchase through PayPal, which takes you back to the site. I have received the payments in my PayPal account and the transactions are listed in the Transactions section. |

Tareq Hasan | Do you see user id on the transaction listing page in WPUF? If not, that might be the issue. If you aren’t using the latest version of WPUF, please download that again. There was a bug where appropriate users aren’t credited when returning from paypal and it’s fixed in the latest. |

Tom | That might be the issue. I have just updated the plug-in. I still cannot post. The user ids all say 0. Is there a way to fix this so that I can associate the transactions with the user? |

Tareq Hasan | After updating the plugin, new payments should act just fine. Previously it was creating problem with paypal IPN, now it shouldn’t. Not sure why it’s still happening to you. No you can’t associate from the admin panel, you need to the database and update the table manually. Or you can update the users post could and expire date manually. |
