I am having an issue with payment on the Dokan plugin.

Sales by customers are going through and my seller marks them as complete. When completed, the total amount earned is reflected in the sellers Dashboard and shown as the Balance on the Withdraw page.

My seller has requested a withdraw and me (the admin) approved it, but no funds have been sent to their account.

The site is set up with Stripe as a payment processor, and the funds from Completed orders are being sent to my Stripe account. I have 3 questions:

    1. How do I send my sellers the money they are owed, and where does that money come from?
    2. Is there a way for sellers to automatically receive their payment when the order is marked as completed?
    3. Why when I approve of the sellers withdraw request is the money not sent to their account? and where is that money supposed to come from?
    4. Are the commission-funds owned by the site admin sent to the same place as the order funds owned by the seller??

    Hello Gavin,

You do no need to send the money to the sellers. While on purchasing sellers amount will reach to sellers account and site owner's commission will reach automatically to his account.

    Suppose,

You have set seller percentage for a seller is 40%

Now, a customer purchasing a product which price is $100.

Now, the seller will get $60
And, the admin will get $40

A seller must put this stripe details is seller dashboard. Then stripe will automatically get seller stripe info and receives the purchase amount.

All of this process work while on checkout.

    Thanks
