Tor B It seems Dokan has a problem with WooCommerce Tab Manager from Skyverge ( http://www.woothemes.com/products/woocommerce-tab-manager/ )? Is there something I can do to prevent the Seller info from disappearing when using the Tab Manager?

Hi Tor B,
Can you please describe a bit more about your problem? You can send me a screenshot to understand your issue better.

You can upload the screenshot anywhere in the web and provide the link here.

You can also check your browser console to check if the error is because of any javascript conflict in your browser by pressing ctrl+shift+j.

If you want, we can check the plugin for you. You can upload the plugin anywhere in the web and provide the download link in a private reply.

Thank you 🙂

When you go to WooCommerce -> Tab Manager -> Defaut Tab Layout, do you see the Seller info tab? I am using the plugin, by the way (not the Dokan theme).

I could send you a screenshot showing the Tab is gone from single product view, but you would not see anything, and the site is in a language I am pretty sure you do not read, so it will not help 😉

When Tab Manager is deactivated, the tab is shown in single product view.
When Tab Manager is activated, the tab is not shown in single product view.

I have tried this with different themes, with the same result, so it does seem to be caused by the plugin. WooThemes have this solution to the problem: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/tab-manager/#section-7

Are you able to look into this and possibly change the way you make the tab? This is WooThemes official way to handle tabs in WooCommerce.

Best regards 🙂

Hello Tor B,

I checked your issue and failed to reproduce. There is a conflict. But i can not able to help you because it is not our plugin. We do not provide support when it is not made by us. You can contact with them or hire a developer to fix this.

Thank you for having patience 🙂

Hi Nayem!

I understand this is not your plugin. It is however the official way to handle tabs in WooCommerce, and you are adding a tab in WooCommerce – so it could be a good idea to adjust the way you are adding the tab to the “official way”.

Just my two cents 😉
