    I removed all the files from the free version. Downloaded the files from my account and uploaded as required.

    I'm still receiving the “WP Project Manager Error: Pleae activate your copy”.

    On your first mail (New Query #2990) I have asked for your server IP. But you did not replied on that topic.

    Please provide your server IP here on a private reply. I will check that with our security system.

    I never received a follow-up e-mail from my first e-mail that provided my license key, e-mail and the username and password for my website and why would you need my server IP?

    We are using Sucuri as our security system provider.

    When you try to activate your license, your server sends a request to validate your license with our server. I have logged into your site and matched the credentials. They were correct.

    So the only reason could be Sucuri is not allowing any request from your server to ours. That is why we need your IP address to check if it have blocked your IP or not.

    You can also check if your server firewall is blocking any out going requests.

    Thank you. I have forwarded that to our System Admin. He will check within 24 hours.

    Meanwhile you can continue using the plugin even without the license. The license activation is just required to get automatic updates.

    Ok no problem Sekander. Finally nice to get some help from someone who knows how to communicate. The other guys trying to help me would not have told that I could use the plugin without the license.

    I look forward to seeing what the System Admin can do.
