| Hello Anthony, Our working day is Sat-Thu (10AM-7PM). As you can see there is a banner in the forum page about our working time. We were in weekend yesterday for that we were not able to work with it. We always provide reply within the office time and we do not leave any mail pending. We have deactivated your license key. Please insert your previous license key and activate it. Thanks. |
