| WP User Frontend was checking for update, but the request was not successful. Thats why you got this error. A force check (wp-admin/update-core.php) might solve the problem. |

| I have the same problem but the first since wordpress 3.5.1. What more could you tuen it or you can just ignore this error?

| A distributed botnet attack by 90,000 IP address is currently going on all over the world and the news is every where. Our server is also having problem and due to that the update notification might be blocked for some time. There is nothing to alarm, just ignore the for now. |

| Ahhh, I thank you
Now I know what is going on at my provider. The fact has strong losses in recent days. Something I never had with the provider. It’s always about too many requests / queries.
Let’s hope for a solution. No idea how long does something like that.
