Hi,

Yes, as the auction items are tangible items that have to be sent in the mail, we anticipate that most sellers will want to have the option to collect shipping in addition to the winning bid.

I have temporarily disabled the shipping feature to do a test buy/sell transaction, which went smoothly with no other errors.

But, ultimately we anticipate that this will be important for sellers to be able to make money by using our site.

Please let me know how it can be configured to collect shipping without the error.

Thank you in advance,

Staci

Hi,

Yes, as I have done test listings the “out of stock” error has gone away, and I am able to proceed to checkout with my test buyer in a separate browser from the admin and the seller.

Yet, as I proceed with checkout with the test buyer, I keep getting the error “Invalid shipping method.” before being directed to PayPal. I have tried changing the WooCommerce selling locations to just the United States and all countries, and the error is the same.

I have also tried editing the shipping settings within the seller account at https://rerunlax.com/dashboard/settings/shipping/ for a default shipping price. Yet I still get the same error, “Invalid shipping method.”

I am unable to launch the website until we are able to successfully run a test auction.

Please advise.

Thank you.

Hi,

Thank you. Yes, the error has gone away after submitting a new auction listing.

I continue to get the errors, even after deactivating and reactivating the Dokan Simple Auctions plugin then active again. And when I set the theme to Twenty Fourteen, or Twenty Fifteen.

I continue getting these errors once submitting the auction listing.

Yes.

I am using the Dokan plugin, WooCommerce Simple Auctions, and Dokan Simple Auctions together for an auction website.

When in the front end user dashboard, under the auctions tab, there is a drop down selection for “Auction Type” as “Normal” or “Reverse.”

I would like to make all auctions to be “normal” without an option for a reverse auction.

Here is a screenshot. I couldn’t see how to attach an image to this conversation thread, so here is a link to the screenshot showing the drop down for “Auction Type”

Thanks
