Hi. I have a similar problem. My theme saves custom fields in an array and with your plugin I couldn’t save the custom field in the same key.

Looking at the theme database I’ve found keys like this:
_ait-dir-item[address]
_ait-dir-item[telephone]

I guess that this is a custom field _ait-dir-item that have different values stored as an array. How can I save values there with your plugin? I tried to write _ait-dir-item[address] as the key but the value was lost.
