Found the conflict: Simple Mail Address Encoder

Works now when I de-activate the email encoder plugin.

Mahi,
I’m really confused. How do I edit my form settings e.g. Notification To Email without losing my existing form elements. As every time I go back into my form I have created all my elements have been removed.
