Interesting to see that no website listed is using the plugin alone. I wonder has anyone got it to work?!

Still no update?? It’s over 3 weeks and you guys still haven’t fixed anything!!

Guys this has to be the worst service I have ever dealt with.

You sell a plugin that doesn’t work (functionality + css compatibility), then try and say it’s not your problem. Complete joke.

Again, just so everything is clear.

Here are the problems with Dokan functionality so far.

– Main problem – Dokan is not compatible with any theme I use. This is very misleading as you say on your Dokan sales page “You get a plugin + theme upon purchase! Also you can use Dokan with any theme out-of-the-box!” – This is fraud!!!!

More functionality issues.
– Store location widget not working
– Social Media icons are cut off. Not fully visible.
– Product editing page not correct
– Responsive issues throughout.

All these issues are NOT theme related. These are plugin problems.

If you don’t want to fix these I will need a refund.

Firstly, the problem is only with the plugin. All issues are 100% only with Dokan functionality. The theme I’m using is perfect. I’ve also tried over ten themes to test, and all have issues.

This is quoted on your dokan sales page – Dokan was theme at first, but we released it again as a plugin with an integrated theme. You get a plugin + theme upon purchase! Also you can use Dokan with any theme out-of-the-way!

Dokan doesn’t work with any theme. This plugin should still be in testing phase, it is not fit for sale.

I’m sure you guys have had many issues with customers. I find that you say it works with any theme very misleading.

I thought the idea of creating the plugin was to provide dokan functionality on other themes? It would be great if it worked as you described – this was the reason I purchased it, but unfortunately it’s not working at all, well it’s not fit for sale. Can you please issue a refund?

Regarding edit number “4” – the location was set in the dashboard and it’s still showing blank.

Okay, I’ve just tested this with 10 other themes (including woothemes) and all have issues.

Is there any theme that this plugin is compatible with? Seems to be a lot of issues with it.

Also, a few more points.

– The “store list” page only has 2 columns. I suggest having 3 columns unless there’s a sidebar.
– When editing a product in the dashboard, the layout jumps to full width of the page.
– I don’t see a setting to edit the “orange colour. Can you advise?

Okay, still there’s a few issues.

1 – Doesn’t look correct when viewing in mobile devices.
2 – The social media icons are being cut off
3 – Can I switch the sidebar to the right side? And make it appear correctly on mobile devices.
4 – The “store location” widget appears blank.

Is there any update on this job? I am now over 3 weeks behind because the plugin is not working.
