| Hi I also have the same problem. My site has many sellers and when a customer buys products from multiple authors then it results in too many emails. Is there a solution that the customer will only get one email with all the products? Thanks |

| I got this resolved, I disabled all the plugins and now it is working fine. I will now try to find out which plugin was causing it |
