Yes i unchecked the shipping address. I created account before order then updated billing address from profile then i ordered.
Actually we can’t edit WooCommerce core file as the feature is coming from WooCommerce. More than 4M website is using WooCommerce. If you feel this is problem for you then you can report them. Thanks for understanding..

I don’t know why its not working for you. I just checked on demo http://demo.wedevs.com/dokan/ and its working nicely. What type of error or message show in withdraw tab. There is a minimum withdraw settings in the admin panel.Please provide screenshot or your site access so that we can understand easily. If yo don’t have live server or demo server please check that feature in our demo. Thanks for understanding.

Its not a bug for Dokan! Its coming from WooCommerce & Its WooCommerce feature. If you have saved billing information then it will be automatically populated. After creating user, have you updated billing & shipping information? If you update billing information from your account it should work. I just tired and its working. Dokan is doing nothing here all are coming from WooCommerce. Thanks for understanding..

PHP Version 5.3 is enough for the Dokan plugin.

All shipping settings are coming from WooCommerce. Please check the WooCommerce settings. That same products are running in our demo environment. Please check our demo http://demo.wedevs.com/dokan . If you found same problem here then let us know. Or create a subdomain for demo purpose upload the data there so that we can investigate the problem. Thanks for understanding..
