Shipping costs per Variations

| Nayem | Hi Guys, Follow up from a topic i posted previously (not being able to charge additional shippings costs for variations of a product i.e framed painting vs unframed painting). https://wedevs.com/support/topic/per-product-shipping-for-variable-products/ Is this on the book of work for the next major update? I just looked through the forum very quickly again and already found 4 other users who have requested this feature (example, Tracy requested this 6 months ago -> https://wedevs.com/support/topic/2-0-still-problematic/page/4/) Appreciate the hard work that is going into the plugin and the many improvements that have been made but I don't see how this can't be a priority. | Hello, We are managing variation as WooCommerce done. So, it is not easy to implement anything there. WooCommerce does not have any option for additional shipping cost in the variation and for this reason, we did not add this. I will notify this to our developer team. If there is a way to do this then they will work on this. Thanks. |

| Hi Nayem, Thanks for looking into this. The Woo Themes Per Product Shipping plugin absolutely allows per variation shipping costs. When I decided to buy Dokan I saw that it offered “Per Product Shipping” so I assumed that it just replicated the woo themes plugin functionality. It should be made clearer that the “per product shipping” offered by Dokan is essentially useless for products with variations of different sizes (and different shipping costs). It would be great if you could let me know what timeframe the developer gives as if it will be a long time before it is delivered I’ll have to look for alternative solutions. Thanks |

| Hello Ferag, I have discussed with our developer and it will possible to add additional cost for each variation. We did not get similar request yet. So, I have to keep this feature request in my log. In near future we will think about it to implement. |

| Thanks for the update Nayem. I have seen other users ask about this on the forums, do they not count as other requests? As an example, see https://wedevs.com/support/topic/2-0-still-problematic/page/4/ . Tracy’s point (1) is requesting the exact same function that I am looking for. I can find other examples as well. How many do you need before it gets prioritised? Thanks Fearg |
