Ok step by step.

1) I purchased Project manager pro and installed it
2) I downloaded and installed the project manager front end but this did not work.
3) You asked for my log in details so you could take a look
4) I gave you the log in details
5) You replied I needed to take my maintenance mode off
6) I took my maintenance mode off and informed you
7) You replied to download the latest version of Wp user fronted free v2.3.2 and install it
8) I couldn’t find the new version
9) You provided a link to it
10) I downloaded and installed it from the link you provided
11) I tell you it is not what I asked for and wanted a refund
12) You now tell me this is not the plug in I need and it is totally different!!!

Again I have spent enough time on this and I respectfully request a refund.

I cannot see anything in the free updated version that would allow my clients to create a project, nor edit their project from the front end. The free version does not have a log in or register form. I do not need subscription, I do not need a form for posts. I DO need to see something on the front end where my clients can log in and see their projects and MANAGE their projects. It is the only reason I bought the pro version of Project management.

This is not fit for purpose and should not be advertised that you can do things on the free product when you cannot. I see that when I go into the documentation for the free product it takes me to the pro version and this does not state what you get for the free product. This is false advertising! I know this because I am a lawyer so I would perhaps make it plain what you actually get by using the free product!

I am requesting a refund I have spent way too long trying to get what should be a simple plug in to work and when I eventually get the plugin to work it is not what is stated it should be.

No I did not get any menu for the front end I have un-installed and reinstalled and no menu just the basic log in menu that was there before that wordpress uses.

I installed the project manager and that seems ok. I then installed the free front end and was expecting to see something on the dashboard to allow me to work from the front end of my site but there is nothing. I uninstalled the plug in and reinstalled but it is like it is not there
