Login/logout problems, slowness 30681
Michael | Hello! I’m sorry I missed this message from you somehow. But by the time your message was sent, I had managed to get back into my site by deleting User Frontend Pro via FTP. Now I’m just using your free version, and it is working fine. Yesterday, I tried use Pro again with a standard WordPress theme, and had the same problem with the endless loop at the backend. So it does not seem to be a problem of conflict with other plugins or with my theme. I’m not sure what the next step is in finding the problem, but I will fill in the form to give you login credentials. However, PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF AND WHEN you plan to do anything on the site that may affect customer access and use, since it is supposed to be available constantly for posting. We could agree on a time and I can inform users that the site will be under maintenance at that time. Meanwhile, I’m very happy with the free version since pages are loading much more quickly, and sadly, like other users on the thread you referred me to, I may not go back to using Pro. Of course, if login and speed issues are resolved, I will be very happy as Pro has features which are extremely useful to me. I also have another site I would like to purchase Pro for, but, again, only if the problems can be resolved. Thanks for your efforts, |

Michael | Hello Three things: 1. Many thanks for including the author email and bio options in post notification in your 2.2 version. I don’t know if it was only me that requested it, but anyway, I’m happy. 2. I’ve installed 2.2 on my localhost but I get this message instead of a form at the front end: Please select your payment page from admin panel Have I got something wrong in the settings? Please advise. 3. I still have the “WP User Frontend Error: Pleae activate your copy” message at diarypal.com, and – I expect this is connected – I have not option to update to the 2.2 version here. Am I supposed to just copy the files from my local host to the live site? Please advise. Thank you. |

Michael | Hello I have moved from my development domain to my live domain (diarypal.com), have been using the plugin for a week or so without problems. But today I responded to the prompt to enter my email and license key, but I have the same message showing, ie.: WP User Frontend Error: Pleae activate your copy The plugin seems to be working OK still, but I thought you might like to know that this is happening and I’d like to know how to get rid of this message or if it signifies an actual problem. Thanks, Michael |

Email Notification: How to Include Email Address of Author 20261
Michael | Thanks, Tareq, for the quick response. Any idea how long it will be before that comes out? By the way, something else that would be really, really useful in addition would be the option to include an author’s biographical info in the notification email. I wonder if that could also be added? |
