Please navigate to wp-admin/settings/permalinks and set your site permalinks as “Post name” and “Product”. After saving these changes, reload the dashboard page.

update 2.4.8 has shut down my sellers DASHBOARD. Sellers cannot access their dashboards, they get a “PAGE NOT FOUND” when they try to access.

Anyone else having this issue???

Hello Roger,

It means that I have bought a pack while registration and payment were made by bank payment. So that the order in the transaction list.

After registration, the site owner will get a notification from the bank that you have a payment and its disbursement to your account. After then you can withdraw the amount and accept the transaction then the user will be added to the site. Or if there are no payment then you can reject it.

You will see a pending order when an order made by bank payment. You will not get any pending orders notification in the transaction list if the post submits by Pay Per rules.

When a payment made trough bank then site admin get notified that a payment was made. After collecting the money, he will click the Accept Button. If there is no payment he will click the Reject Button. Because bank creates payment manually.

AT LAST !!!! both issues seem to be fixed now !!! ; ))
Thank you for your complete and relevant post !
In fact, some settings were not well done and your example gave me the solution which fixed both issues at the same time !!
Now a PAYPAL transaction appears well in “Payments Received” list (in transaction menu) and the profile edit page is working well too.
SO THANK YOU !! why shouldn’t you have done this in the first post !! ; )

Besides, concerning your example of pending orders, I don’t understand quite well what you mean when you say : “The red square mark in the transaction indicates that I have just made a payment for posting and its showing in the transaction list. Though I did not click reject or accept because it is not our main focus.”
Could you explain it more precisely ?

1/ Did this “pending orders” area work only in case of Credit Card and Check payments or did it work only when charge per post is enabled (I mean one fee by each post) ?
because my paypal orders don’t appear in this list. They appear only in “Payments Received” list

2/ what is the interest of rejecting or accepting this ??
Could you explain it more precisely because I want to be sure that this feature is not interesting for me (as I don’t use credit card payment)

Hello Keren,

Actually this is not possible and will not viable. Because you first have to know that who creates a category- only admin. So there is no chance to see the seller’s category in the add product.

I’m really sorry for the inconvenience. I’m seeking apologies for my late reply. I know your feelings. Actually we don’t want to keep waiting for a valuable client like as you. I appreciate your patience. This is really noticeable.

I have reproduced the issue but failed. I think there are some misunderstanding with the WP User Frontend Pro settings.

To reproduce this bug, I have altered settings in the WP User Frontend Pro.

Please check this steps and let me know is there anything missing?

ISSUE 2:
To register please check this link:

After type this link in the address field on browser, you will be redirected to the following link –

Choose Silver Pack as the subscription package and click “Sign Up”. Then you will be redirected to the following link:

http://alliance-pour-la-sante.com/register/?action=register&type=wpuf_sub&pack_id=1855

Now, fill up all the information and click Register.

After completing the registration process, you will be redirected to the payment page. Please Choose Paypal or Bank Payment (I have tested with bank payment). After the payment, you will get a Thank you notification message.

So all of the above process done for now. Now go to the backend to see what is the result of the transaction list. Please check the following screenshot:

After 10 DAYS since my last post and questions, I didn’t have any answer from you concerning the two remainings issues !! What’s going on ? Are you really able to help me ? Am I supposed to stay arms crossed again and again after 3 months of waiting without any real solution from you ??
Is it normal that a professional support will leave its customers without any information and help ???

Thank you for the answer. Now it’s fine but I have one more issue.
On dashboard of a seller, when I add new product, I can see all categories from all sellers. Is there a way for a seller to see only his categories?

Any news on fixing the tags issues? My site http://www.hebrewreader.com cant still function properly and I had to disable the plugin. If that cant be fixed please refund.
